HQ Graphene is a company in the field of nanotechnology specialized in the production and characterization of two-dimensional crystals e.g. hexagonal boron nitride, high quality single crystal graphene, single large size crystals of sulphides ( MoS2, WS2, TiS2 etc), selenides (GaSe, NbSe2, In2Se3, etc), tellurides (Bi2Te3, MoTe2, etc) and more. We can also prepare thin layer 2D materials on transparent and non-transparent substrates, e.g. on hexagonal boron nitride, SiO2/Si, mica, quartz and other.
Our expertise extends in the fabrication thin layer 2D single crystal devices for opto-electronic experiments, scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and other electronic experiments (superconducting proximity effect, FET, radio frequency FET...). Here we use nanofabrication techniques to contact the two dimensional material (graphene, MoS2...) with metals like: titanium, chromium, aluminum, gold, platinum, palladium, copper, niobium, nickel, cobalt and permalloy.
